COMPANY HISTORY
Total Real Estate Solutions is the brainchild of Kim Martin. She started the company in 2007; when her twins were just 6 months old, with a small but mighty team of nine agents who have a combined 40 years of real estate experience.Each agent brought unique backgrounds and expertise to the company which contributed to delivering the best services to all clients looking to buy or sell their home in the greater Triad area and surrounding counties.
The company has expanded ever since and in 2019 announced its major partnership with CENTURY 21 System. The company is presently now known and operating as Century 21 Total Real Estate Solutions Inc., expanding the service area from Highpoint to multiple cities such as:
